Feedback:

Very unfriendly and rude Won't be coming back to this location Going to lab corp instead

Feedback:

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Saw a customer ask why their arms was bruising and they basically refused to respond and help her. DO NOT go there.

Feedback:

During discussion with Burgundy at the reception/waiting room at approx. 8:40 this morning on 9/14/18 I was asked to produce phone numbers of the two doctors I had requested results to be sent to. I did provide the fax numbers where the place was provided on the forms I had been given in previous visits and was told that there are new forms now and the phone numbers were required. As I didn’t have the numbers with me the only recourse that I had was to use my phone and do a search. It did occur to me that this information was certainly in the Quest system and that it was most likely easily retrieved with some small effort. While I was in the process of the search I provided Burgundy with the first number of one of the doctors and while attempting to find the second she became impatient and had the audacity telling me to move it along as she had other things to do. These were not her exact words entirely, however, it is so in part and amounted to the same meaning. I explained to her as politely as I could that I was doing my best to accommodate her request and that this was all I can do. She became very belligerent and understandably this was very upsetting to me. The ensuing conversation was very difficult because of her comments and attitude. She was so incensed in a bold tone told me loudly to stop pointing my finger at her. I was holding my phone in one hand and papers in the other. With normal slight hand gestures when talking she may have had a distorted viewpoint in what she saw thought to be a pointed finger. It is alarming to me that an organization such as Quest hires people as this letting them have any contact with patients or customers. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for her behavior. I will certainly warn others of experience with this Quest office verbally and through social media. This experience is so different that what I have experienced with my visits at Quest Neptune in the past. Unfortunately for me rather than the convenience of having a Quest office two minutes from my home I have to now search for a new provider of these services further away. As always in the rare incidence when I make a complaint I am not asking for the dismissal of this employee based on my experience alone as possibly she was having a “bad day”. However, if Quest hears of others complaining about her it is for Quest to decide if perhaps this is not the right job for her.

Feedback:

Typically I go to Labcorp, but this was arranged through a family member for a policy I'm seeking. Labcorp/others have always been better across the board, but I'll never go back to this place and probably try to steer away from Quest unless I have literally no other choices.I think this may be the worst experience I've ever had at any health related place, period. First person I encountered wasn't the worst, although she was disinterested. The real reason I'm doing this review is for the absolutely terrible experience I had with Vanessa. From the start, she was very standoffish and was rude. For no reason. She asked me if I was nervous, (because my first blood pressure test was high) and I said it was just because I was tired and have been working a lot lately. To which she replied she has been working six days for the last handful of years. I was just answering her question and she still somehow got defensive.Professionalism? Courtesy? Neither were even remotely displayed. Didn't seem to care. Responses were agressive, without care or real concern. So my first sample I didn't place on the 'desired' desk, so I placed it carefully on an adjacent desk to avoid any mislabelling or confusion. When she came back into the room, she aggressively told me to put it over on the other desk. Even though I did it as a courtesy, because there was still a specimen that was not capped sitting in the open. I politely told her that at times I get light headed from getting blood drawn, she just told me to look away. Very quick to draw blood, no forewarning when she drew. It was extremely quick. And when I just simply said I thought she was a bit agressive and too prompt with everything she said it was becuase there was a lobby full of people and she wanted to have lunch today. At the end I asked her what her name was. To which she replied saying, "have a nice a day". Again, I asked. She said again, "have a nice day". You are kidding me right? It is as if she already knew the gravity of her behavior and didn't want me to be able to ascertain her name. To which I went outside and asked someone else finally who gave me her name. She then rushed out and said, "I don't have a problem with you". If you can believe that.I get it, you are tired, hungry or whatever. But people need to be able to hang up their misery at the door. Not a single smile from anyone, all rushed and with patient concern a non factor. I read another review regarding Vanessa, and the other review is almost identical to this one. Patient came back in to inform that something may not be labeled correctly, and she responded with a hands up/too late now response.Quest, address if everything is okay with your employees. Most seem overworked and disinterested. Their behavior may be reflective of issues occurring at branch in addition to outside the office. Something is clearly not working here, as evident by other reviews and terrible one star rating. As a company, this is more on you rather than the kind of employees there. What I experienced should never happen, ever. Everyone there is treated like a number. At the expense of your bottom line, keep losing patients, referrals and ultimately money. P.S. Two stars becuase I was seen in about fifteen minutes, still not on time, but not the worst.

Feedback:

I had an appointment and checked in early. On the big screen I jumped ahead of all the walk ins. The team leader at the Neptune site started to take walk ins before me and I kept dropping in the list increasing my time. I only had a babysitter for an hour (live 5 minutes from the site). I spoke up to the team leader and she was extremely rude telling me to "Relax" and "Don't pay attention to the screen." As a walk in client was called, he told the person to take me because I had an appointment. The person who took my blood was very understanding and professional explaining I was right. I asked for a manager but she said there was only a team leader and the team leader was the person who was rude to me. On my way out I did not bother to speak to her since it would go nowhere and as I passed a room she shouted "I am right here." I responded " I am not going to waste my time speaking with you, you are nasty and unprofessional and she (woman who took my blood) is professional. She shouted back at me in front of a room full of patients but I did not here what she was stating and walked out of the office. I will NEVER visit this facility again. Clients should not have to deal with rude, unprofessional people and get stressed out during a blood test. She should be removed from team leader and the woman who took my blood should take on that role. Finally, if a huge screen listing people in order by check in status (appointment or walk in) is not supposed to be paid attention to, then remove it or hang up a sign. Not brain science.

Feedback:

Earlier today, after collecting my sample, Vanessa Santos, the collector, entered my number incorrectly in the system and refused to change it. I noticed the wrong number on my donor copy form after leaving the facility. I returned to the lab and politely pointed out to her the mistake. She did not apologize, nor make a note of my correct number, but instead rudely responded, throwing her hands up in the air, "well, it's too late to change it now." She then immediately walked away. This is my first time going to this lab and I will not be returning.

Feedback:

Obviously all the reviews stating how rude some of the employees are has changed nothing. Tonya today was efficient in the test but rude in dealing with me. When asked a question she did not answer till I asked again. What is that all about? When she asked me to sign, I asked what am I signing and she threw my own words at me about this not being my first rodeo? Again RUDE. I will def find another location even though the others I have dealt with in the past were nice.

Feedback:

I’ve been here a few times. No issues yet. Everyone has been nice and things went smooth.

Feedback:

Can't get out of the automated prompts. Its as if the computer voice is covering for them. A suggestion would be to have them PICK UP THE PHONE.

Feedback:

I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. The sign in and paperwork process was fast and easy. Drawing blood was quick and painless.
