Feedback:

Appointments are rarely made on time. Was a regular customer due to necessity, but the last time I went in, the woman at the desk was very impatient with my wife. She needed a 2 hour glucose monitoring tests and had questions on when we would be done, because we had other appointments, and the front desk associate said, "the longer you stand here talking about it the longer it will take," She asked for insurance card, and my wife reached into her pocket where she had the card by itself and ready to go, and before she could even bring the card out the woman shouted almost purposefully in her face, "make sure you have those thing ready BEFORE you get up here!" My wife is Chinese and didnt catch how rude the woman was being and stood there smiling and polite...asking her questions, which the woman began to outright ingore... We left and we aren't coming back.

Just tried to have my drug test. I was told to come back another day before 3pm. I arrived at 3:12pm. Thier hours are until 4:30 per thier website. Staff was not friendly or courteous. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

You will be led in one electronic circle after the next by phone. Do NOT plan on receiving help from anyone on any of the dialing options!!!

Terrible people to deal with. Impossible to speak with someone on the phone, only automated system. My doctors office eventually had to set up the appointment online. When I traveled to their lab they said they didn't have the order and couldn't reach my doctors office because they were out to lunch. They refused to take the sample and then wait to hear from my doctor for the order. I explained to them my disability and that I didn't have transportation to keep coming back, but they couldn't care less.My time was wasted and I had to leave. The woman at the desk (Heidi) invited me to go somewhere else for my test. I will absolutely do so. This is not the first time I have had problems with Quest but it will be the last. I was in their waiting room for less than 15 minutes and there were two other patients complaining about the problems they were having with quest.

People at the Pacific Street location are fantastic and I have absolutely nothing but praise for them. My problem is with Quest Diagnostics as a whole. Calling Quest is the most ridiculous experience ever. How do you not have an option for talking to a real person???? It's almost as if you want terrible reviews.

Quest makes it easy to make appointments online and I never had to wait long. There should be more Quest offices available.

Terrible service. Need to update their hours with rooters who order drug screens. Wouldn't offer a screening 5 min past 3:30 even though paperwork says screenings available until 4

The wait times are not bad, the staff is friendly, but their phone system has to be one of the worst phone trees I have ever experienced. I have a time sensitive question that I need to ask, but every option on their phone tree leads to more options and to more options. If you ever want to become extremely frustrated, just give Quest a call.

I had gone into Quest Labs 4 times to get a test done, first time they told me I needed to have a kit from my doctor, second time I had the kit & made an appointment but my appt was past the time of day for that test (which was not specified anywhere on their website), third time I was told they couldn't use an outside kit but had to use one of theirs and they called my doctor to find out which kit to use and told me to come in the next day, came in the next day and waited for 45 mins to get my blood drawn, then now I just received a call from my Doctor saying that Quest did not do the test because of some form/authorization process I needed to do, None of which was mentioned to me. Needless to say they are uninformed there and my experience has been very frustrating. I got my blood drawn for nothing.
