Terrible people to deal with. Impossible to speak with someone on the phone, only automated system. My doctors office eventually had to set up the appointment online. When I traveled to their lab they said they didn't have the order and couldn't reach my doctors office because they were out to lunch. They refused to take the sample and then wait to hear from my doctor for the order. I explained to them my disability and that I didn't have transportation to keep coming back, but they couldn't care less.My time was wasted and I had to leave. The woman at the desk (Heidi) invited me to go somewhere else for my test. I will absolutely do so. This is not the first time I have had problems with Quest but it will be the last. I was in their waiting room for less than 15 minutes and there were two other patients complaining about the problems they were having with quest.
