Appointments are rarely made on time. Was a regular customer due to necessity, but the last time I went in, the woman at the desk was very impatient with my wife. She needed a 2 hour glucose monitoring tests and had questions on when we would be done, because we had other appointments, and the front desk associate said, "the longer you stand here talking about it the longer it will take," She asked for insurance card, and my wife reached into her pocket where she had the card by itself and ready to go, and before she could even bring the card out the woman shouted almost purposefully in her face, "make sure you have those thing ready BEFORE you get up here!" My wife is Chinese and didnt catch how rude the woman was being and stood there smiling and polite...asking her questions, which the woman began to outright ingore... We left and we aren't coming back.
