I had made an appointment at 12:15PM today (22Aug2019) in this lab for blood test. But this morning I happened to pass this clinic and just decided to sign in as "walk in". A lady from this lab warned me I might wait for a while. I though it would be fine to wait because I had waited as "walk in" as before. I waited and waited until she called two people who signed in as "walk in" and came later than me, I realized she intended to let me wait until 12:15PM! In Quest Diagnostics web site, clearly indicates that" walk in is welcome" and didn't mention you cannot "walk in" if you got an appointment. In fact, I was going to cancel my appointment when I " walk in" but I could not able to because I didn't have the information I needed to cancel my appointment. What's wrong for " walk in" ? and why this lady treated me specially in this way? In other hand, at the beginning if she could tell me I have to wait until 12:15pm anyway and I didn't need to wait there for 40 minutes to figure it out!This lady looked like very unhappy for her job and just liked to explore her angers to the customers and took any punishment she could get to the customer. She got very aggressive voice and tone. I don't understand if she doesn't like this job, why she should works there. She is the worst Phlebotomist I have ever met! Why Quest Diagnostics has the employee like her!

I’ve had great care when having blood withdrawn here, which was not the case when having blood withdrawn elsewhere. It is difficult to schedule an appointment there ahead of time so I have gone there without an appointment. I go at “off times” and haven’t had to wait long for my turn.

Like most other Quest locations positive customer service does not exist. Staff here do not look like they want to be there and are not happy. Not a pleasant experience for me or my 1 year old for a blood draw.

My husband and I arrived at their Chalfont location on Saturday, 1/13/18 to have our blood work done for my husband‘s employer. There was an issue with us not having the required paperwork and Sylvia helped us immensely. She was able to put us in touch with the proper person to speak with and the issue was resolved in a very easy manner. Sylvia was very professional, pleasant and made it a fun experience as I don’t like having blood drawn. I just wanted to note our appreciation for Sylvia’s great customer service.

I have never had a worst experience BOTH times I went here. It seems like the workers hate their jobs and customers are a bother to them. They are rude and combative if you ask questions.

This is not a happy place to do the blood test: 1, The lady was not happy as usual. It is ok. Nobody is always happy. Since it took her long time to log my information into the system, I listened my voicemail(Did not use the speaker). She asked very inpatiently and rudely: “Are you using your phone?” I stopped immediately. I was scared,I am not aware of any rule like that. Even if there is,it would be much better in a nice and quieter tone! 2.It is her arrogance really irritating me. At the beginning of drawing, I told her to draw blood from my left side.But she said she determined which hand to be used and insisted to use my right arm without my consensus. Same thing happened last time. As a patient, I paid to get the service. But I have no right to choose. And I was pushed to use right side rudely. In other labs, they always asked which side I preferred to use before drawing and I did so many times blood tests, no one said my left side’s vein is not big enough to draw blood until I met her. Last time, I was upset but I said nothing. This time I want to speak out. 3, She is not very skilled in drawing the blood. Now a big bruise left in my arm even after she used my right arm! My family and I will avoid this lab and this lady. Really miss other nice ladies who worked here couples years ago.

Let me just start off by saying that every single time I am there, no matter the phlebotomists, they are always so rude. Eyes rolling, attitude problems, etc. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Secondly, yesterday I got Quantiferon Gold drawn in which she took 2 tubes and I have never had 2 drawn in my life. So now I’m wondering if she did the wrong draw. NEVER in my 15 years of getting blood drawn have I ever walked out and thought wow that hurt really bad. Not only did she not use a butterfly on my tiny veins, she must’ve hit my tendon, muscle or a nerve because right after and still the next day my whole arm is swollen and sore to the touch( I am not on thinners and I don’t have medical issues). Right after, I couldn’t straighten my arm, nor could I open a door or lift anything heavier than 3lbs. My pointer finger and my thumb were tingling and not working properly. Of course this is happening on the arm I write with also. She also drew a lot lower and in a smaller vein next to a literal pipe of a vein next to it. I draw blood at my job and I would never put someone through this type of torture. These people who work here are all miserable and take it out on their customers. I will NEVER be back. If I am charged for a different test than needed, the company will be paying for it. Also if my arm requires me to go to the doctors, they will be paying my copay.

I loathe any medical procedures, appointments and especially blood work. The service at this Quest is unbelievably good! Keep it up and thank you for making something that I despise so much a pleasant experience.

I always delay on getting blood work done . I am like a baby... Sylvia took care of me today and she was WONDERFUL.. Not only is she great at what she does.. I didnt' even know she finished but she was so friendly. Thank you Sylvia....super nice lady.. Made my day!!
