Feedback:

I really wanted to like this service. I entered my contractors information at the end of last year, payments, etc to make sure their 1099s were filed, but apparently they were never filed (as I needed to invite them to the system, which was wildly unclear in the UX).Now, they can't do anything about it. It's too late. This service is supposed to save you time, but really they are super reactive. It's like talking to robots.I will be switching as soon as I can.Update: I am now receiving notices from the state I live in. Apparently Justworks hasn't been submitting the necessary paperwork either.

As the HR Director of a small company, I COULD NOT be happier with the support and resources that Justworks provides. I genuinely feel that my account executive is a dedicated teammate; responsive, encouraging, and incredibly helpful! I absolutely love the usability of the platform, the quality of the service, and the interactive community that Justworks fosters. I have definitely learned and grown through my partnership with Justworks.

I've been a Justworks customer and admin for about 4 years and they are a true partner. I would recommend to any small business who is currently managing their own benefits and payroll to talk to them. In many markets, they pay for themselves with the savings on healthcare costs - not to mention saved administrative burden.I have worked with them at two companies and they provided us with easy to use payroll, top tier benefits at surprisingly affordable rates, HR counseling, reporting tools, 24/7 support for admin and employees (from their USA office through phone, email, slack, and text), a platform that is beautiful, and a team that is working harder and harder every day to give every client and employee the best experience possible.

Justworks proved to be useless when I needed them the most. My FSA account was frozen by their third-party service provider, BenefitWallet, for one invoice totaling $54.44. This happened at a time when I needed access to my account. Despite the invoice being paid directly to a medical office, they requested further information. I submitted the invoice and it still took two weeks to resolve. The whole process was over 15 days with the last 10 days consisting of a dispute of $4.44. The most frustrating part of this was the complete lack of support that I received from Justworks in addressing this matter. I've never had my FSA account frozen and trying to resolve this was a terrible experience. I was on hold for 30-45 minute intervals, with the last call being over an hour (to conclude the $4.44 difference so that my account can be activated). I am writing this review for Justworks because BenefitWallet is a representation of Justworks. Justworks selected BenefitWallet to serve as the FSA account provider. Justworks bears responsibility for the absolute horrible experience of dealing with BenefitWallet.

We've been using Justworks for about 10months...so far so good. Their strength is in the ease of use, ability for us to manage all departments efficiently with prompt customer service response via phone or email. I have been managing offices for a while and Justworks has blown away the competition in my opinion. Anything that makes my and our employees lives easier, is always a plus in my book...from keeping track of HR, 401K , benefits, perks etc... to use of personal information. What takes the cake is the customer service...they reply quickly, even for a tricky question. One negative is the lack of options of vendors to be use as perks for the company...they should work on getting contracts with more gyms, health centers etc... maybe include culinary classes? things of that nature so companies can pic and choose the perks they want for their employees. Otherwise, we are happy with the transition from that company that should not be named to Justworks. I will update my review after the year, and hopefully the rates do not increase exponentially as other reviewers have mentioned...specially because that would be dishonest and unprofessional. If this does not happen, my review will like be five stars which is unheard of for this type of platform but if deserved I will give it...lets see what happens after our renewal.

We've been using Justworks as our PEO for about 1 1/2 years, and we're very satisfied. They do our payroll, health benefits, and 401(k) plans. I really like that I don't have to worry about keeping track of the different state and local taxes as they take care of these through payroll. We're in our second year of the Open Enrollment process, and Justworks makes it incredibly easy. As the admin, I get all of the information well in advance, and they notify, and send reminders to, our employees of the process, instructions, etc.As far as communications, Justworks can be reached via email or telephone--someone actually answers the phone!! They always reply within 24 hours, if not sooner. If it's a rather tricky question or situation that I have, Justworks will let me know that they're working on it so I'm not left hanging. Overall, we've had a great experience with Justworks!

Don't make the same mistake we did by believing their competitive rates will last. They will buy your business with extremely low insurance rates, and then hike them to ridiculous levels upon renewal. Also their service approach is very "reactive" so be prepared to project manage them and get last minute notices about changes that need to be made. Not a fan.

I reached out to Justworks to inquire about their platform for offering benefits. Instead, I get an email stating that they refuse to work with companies in "my industry" because their workers comp partners will not cover "my industry".Strange, we've never had a problem getting workers comp coverage.It appears this company is discriminatory to anyone running a "blue collar" company, and can't even be bothered to have a conversation or do more than a google search to understand a company before rejecting them.Very glad I didn't start the process; this first impression tells me everything I need to know about Justworks.

We couldn't ask for a more complete and easier to use payroll and benefit service. We're happy to pay a little extra for a complete solution that has only grown in value for us while remaining simple to implement and intuitive to use. We've worked with other providers and only had headaches, so we now recommend Justworks to all of our clients!

We were skeptical at first, but Justworks became a backbone of our operations. We wouldn't be able to operate so efficiently across the country with a distributed team without them. One important thing is that they've improved significantly over the last few years. Much like any growing company, their customer service has improved, their benefit offerings have improved, and their user interface has improved also. Try them!
