Justworks proved to be useless when I needed them the most. My FSA account was frozen by their third-party service provider, BenefitWallet, for one invoice totaling $54.44. This happened at a time when I needed access to my account. Despite the invoice being paid directly to a medical office, they requested further information. I submitted the invoice and it still took two weeks to resolve. The whole process was over 15 days with the last 10 days consisting of a dispute of $4.44. The most frustrating part of this was the complete lack of support that I received from Justworks in addressing this matter. I've never had my FSA account frozen and trying to resolve this was a terrible experience. I was on hold for 30-45 minute intervals, with the last call being over an hour (to conclude the $4.44 difference so that my account can be activated). I am writing this review for Justworks because BenefitWallet is a representation of Justworks. Justworks selected BenefitWallet to serve as the FSA account provider. Justworks bears responsibility for the absolute horrible experience of dealing with BenefitWallet.
