Every bit as good as USAA! Nothing but great, responsive experiences all 3 times I've had to make a claim. Line in NE? These are your guys.

Im not going to go into full details but this was an interesting and terrible experience. Lack of competency, inconsistent payment dates and poor customer service is what you should expect to find within this company. I'd definitely shop around for more auto quotes before I settle with this company. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldnt have even thought about going with Battle Creek. Just try to avoid this company all together.

Because there isn’t an option less than one star, I guess one star will suffice. This insurance company are frauds. The first day I got insured with them, which was sometime in October, I paid that day. I paid 189$. The insurance rep that helped me to get the insurance that day said she would mail me my insurance policy in the mail. I waited a whole month for that letter to also recieve a letter of cancellation. It was unfair, unjust, and inconvenient. They told me they were cancelling me in December since I hadn’t had a previous insurance agency for my car. Which is ridiculous because I had insurance prior with my family. I had asked for a refund, waited a week for a whopping 7$. I can wipe my ass with that because once I cash the check I’ll be charged for that too. Probably left with 2$ if I’m lucky. So long story short, this company is a huge rip off. They promise low rates with quality insurance. It’s all a rip off. I’m honest and hoping that before ANYONE decides to go with them, read the reviews. Especially this one. An angry customer because I lost money I could’ve used to get a better insurance policy.

Recently worked with them on a water damage claim in our brand new home. Communication was good, service was prompt and the claim was paid quickly at a very fair level. I was pleasantly surprised and would reccomend them to others based off our recent experience.

Absolutely horrible experience, so far... one of their customers rear ended my car last week. I have waited an entire week and still have not been able to speak to someone from their claims department. I have made over 30 phone calls and always get transferred to someone's voice mail or when I call a specific person, I always get their voice mail and never get a call back. I simply can not get in contact with someone who can help me get my car fixed...meanwhile I am stuck driving a vehicle with a bumper hanging off, pumper sensors all jacked up and can not use my trunk. This company seriously does not care about doing the right thing at all.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I don’t normally do this, but wow!!! Does not work for the customer, very rude and unprofessional. Actually had an adjuster call Me tonight to tell me to stop calling claims contact to discuss anything that they will only talk to my plumber, but plumber asking me to call them as they have left 8 messages for weeks and no return calls. I wanted to understand my policy and denial as it was all terminology confusion and they know it. Wanted to know why he the adjuster did not come out to meet plumber to avoid the communication/terminology issues. The response was very rude!!!!When I stated I was a paying customer and should have a better client experience, I was told you know your option. Basically stating go find another company. Wow! The insurance game is being played. We take your money and you get nothing.

New to this insurance as of the end of last year. I am in the middle of a cliam right now which their claims department told me it would be comprehensive damage and I would only be paying $250 deductable to get my vehicle fixed. This happened in a recent snow storm. Now they are telling me it is a collision claim and I will pay the $500. When calling them and asking about this another lady in the claims department told me this is how it goes and I don't know who you talked to but they are wrong. So getting different information from the same department and the first person to file the claim put it under hail damage for something that happened in a snow storm!? Was transferred to a manager that didn't pick up so I left a voicemail and it said he was in the office all day so leave him a message and he would get back to me. I left the message around 09:30 am and I have not received a call back yet. Very dissatisfied and will be possibly looking for new insurance if this is not corrected. Horrible customer service! But they claim to take good care of their customers.....
