Client Review on Battle Creek Mutual Insurance Company

New to this insurance as of the end of last year. I am in the middle of a cliam right now which their claims department told me it would be comprehensive damage and I would only be paying $250 deductable to get my vehicle fixed. This happened in a recent snow storm. Now they are telling me it is a collision claim and I will pay the $500. When calling them and asking about this another lady in the claims department told me this is how it goes and I don't know who you talked to but they are wrong. So getting different information from the same department and the first person to file the claim put it under hail damage for something that happened in a snow storm!? Was transferred to a manager that didn't pick up so I left a voicemail and it said he was in the office all day so leave him a message and he would get back to me. I left the message around 09:30 am and I have not received a call back yet. Very dissatisfied and will be possibly looking for new insurance if this is not corrected. Horrible customer service! But they claim to take good care of their customers.....
