I have been going here for several years. Staff and doctors are pleasant and accommodating. Nurses caring and helpful. Never get put in an exam room and have to wait 2 hours like their Egg Harbor Twp Urgent care.

I have never wrote a review in my life, but I feel this is totally necessary. I have had a major ear infection for a day or two now, which despite my best efforts, continues to get worse. It is so bad that I cannot hear out of my right ear. Unable to wait any longer, I woke up this morning, let work know I would be late, and arrived at this urgent care at 8:30 AM upon their opening. Only after an hour of waiting was I made aware that there was still not a single physician in the building. How is this even possible? Isn’t the name “Urgent Care”? A man asked what the wait was all about. How long was I going to sit there in excruciating pain until they let us know not a single doctor was around to help anyone? All people in the waiting room putting work and life on hold to be helped. I am missing work due to this ear infection, but am now only missing more and more time because I sat at this “urgent” “care” for an hour, only to be told no doctor would be around until 10 AM. They should not be allowed to open if there isn’t anyone on duty. Open at 10 AM when a doctor is around instead of 8:30 AM and wasting an hour and change of my life. Was not about to wait another half an hour just for a doctor to actually enter the premise. Wasn’t even the first person up to be seen. Still uncared for. Unbelievable.

Was previously seen at this Urgent Care twice (pneumonia once and kidney stones once), and both times feel that I received excellent care. Have highly recommended this Urgent Care to friends, who have also had good experiences. Unfortunately, I had an unsatisfactory visit on 7/26/19. The receptionist was excellent, and nurses were good. The doctor, however, was awful. He never introduced himself, but a nurse told me his name was Dr Wells. Everything in his demeanor was condescending. He spoke to me as if I was clueless, and I am not. He also prescribed "treatment" that I could not accomplish due to severe osteoarthritis; he ignored me when I tried to explain this to him. I was provided with a tube of Silvadene cream which came with no dosing information, or information regarding what Silvadene is - I had to look it up on the internet, and it took me three days at home to figure out how to apply it to the second degree burns on the top of my foot. I was also supposed to wrap my foot, but again, I can't reach that foot, and was unable to tuck the foot under me, as the nurse suggested, due to the severe pain of the burn. Ultimately, my foot is healing, but not because of the "help" I received that day. I am very disappointed with my experience with this doctor.

The care providers here are thorough, kind, and efficient. We spent a little less than an hour on a busy Monday morning during a brutal heat wave. My son and I were greeted promptly and warmly upon check-in by Hedy and Trish, given an accurate estimated wait time, and seen quickly once we were brought back to a patient room. I was comfortable and satisfied with my son’s diagnosis and treatment; before we were discharged, our care provider (Terri) went above and beyond to ensure we had no questions or further concerns.I appreciated the follow up call two days later asking if my son was feeling better! Excellent experience for a less than ideal situation.

On July 4th, due to a severe infection, I went to the Urgent Care in Somers Point. I was lucky enough to be treated by Tamara Belle. The procedure was extremely painful and she was so kind and knowledgeable. I believe that I was in the hands of someone who is a true professional and really knows what she is doing. This was a very bad situation and thanks to Tamara Belle all ended well.

This horrible place deserves negative stars. Never in my life have I ever waited so long to be seen by a doctor. You must have the most incompetent doctors in the world there tonight. I got there at 6:30 pm to be told an hour wait ok, three people ahead of me and three behind me and two that came out of the back.. Then get called back at 7:35 to the exam room at 8:10 still hadn't been seen so I went out and asked for my money back. Oh you were next....yeah right...people who came back there after me left before me. Never again will I step foot in an Atlantic Care facility. I will wait to see my primary no matter how sick I am. He has his own practice and I have never waited more than 20 min and he always has a room full of patients. Two doctors and you couldn't handle this small amount of patients shame on you.

I had a great experience here. From the moment we walked in the front desk was very welcoming and friendly along with the nurses. Dr. Lieberman was super nice, funny and took the time to explain everything. In and out in an hour and my scripts called right in!

I’d like to say I had a great experience after not having a great one at the ER in mainland. The front desk ladies were helpful and polite. Trying to make me laugh. The nurses in the back were soft spoken and gentle. And the doctor was not only knowledgeable but helpful for any future possible sickness.
