I have never wrote a review in my life, but I feel this is totally necessary. I have had a major ear infection for a day or two now, which despite my best efforts, continues to get worse. It is so bad that I cannot hear out of my right ear. Unable to wait any longer, I woke up this morning, let work know I would be late, and arrived at this urgent care at 8:30 AM upon their opening. Only after an hour of waiting was I made aware that there was still not a single physician in the building. How is this even possible? Isn’t the name “Urgent Care”? A man asked what the wait was all about. How long was I going to sit there in excruciating pain until they let us know not a single doctor was around to help anyone? All people in the waiting room putting work and life on hold to be helped. I am missing work due to this ear infection, but am now only missing more and more time because I sat at this “urgent” “care” for an hour, only to be told no doctor would be around until 10 AM. They should not be allowed to open if there isn’t anyone on duty. Open at 10 AM when a doctor is around instead of 8:30 AM and wasting an hour and change of my life. Was not about to wait another half an hour just for a doctor to actually enter the premise. Wasn’t even the first person up to be seen. Still uncared for. Unbelievable.
