The care providers here are thorough, kind, and efficient. We spent a little less than an hour on a busy Monday morning during a brutal heat wave. My son and I were greeted promptly and warmly upon check-in by Hedy and Trish, given an accurate estimated wait time, and seen quickly once we were brought back to a patient room. I was comfortable and satisfied with my son’s diagnosis and treatment; before we were discharged, our care provider (Terri) went above and beyond to ensure we had no questions or further concerns.I appreciated the follow up call two days later asking if my son was feeling better! Excellent experience for a less than ideal situation.
