Was previously seen at this Urgent Care twice (pneumonia once and kidney stones once), and both times feel that I received excellent care. Have highly recommended this Urgent Care to friends, who have also had good experiences. Unfortunately, I had an unsatisfactory visit on 7/26/19. The receptionist was excellent, and nurses were good. The doctor, however, was awful. He never introduced himself, but a nurse told me his name was Dr Wells. Everything in his demeanor was condescending. He spoke to me as if I was clueless, and I am not. He also prescribed "treatment" that I could not accomplish due to severe osteoarthritis; he ignored me when I tried to explain this to him. I was provided with a tube of Silvadene cream which came with no dosing information, or information regarding what Silvadene is - I had to look it up on the internet, and it took me three days at home to figure out how to apply it to the second degree burns on the top of my foot. I was also supposed to wrap my foot, but again, I can't reach that foot, and was unable to tuck the foot under me, as the nurse suggested, due to the severe pain of the burn. Ultimately, my foot is healing, but not because of the "help" I received that day. I am very disappointed with my experience with this doctor.
