I found this company on Google when I needed representation for an auto claim. Kristin and her team were incredibly helpful, empathetic, and organized. I was very concerned about needing representation and had never needed a lawyer's services - their team arranged a conference call with myself and my family so we could voice any concerns prior to signing any paperwork. They kept me updated at all stages of my case and were very easy to contact. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule so I would not need to step away from work for phone calls. I would absolutely recommend this firm! Their guidance and customer-oriented approach was truly excellent!

After I was T-boned by a large car while I was driving a motorcycle and subsequently sustained a serious injury, Van Dorn, Curtiss & Rousseau, who had been recommended to me by a friend, offered a great deal of support and care to my case. I had never been personally involved in any injury litigation before, and Kristin in particular took me under her wing, guided me and explained everything during every step of the way. She came to my house to chat with me. No question was too dumb for her and her patience was amazing! She is detail-oriented, kind, and very efficient. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Van Dorn, Curtiss and Rousseau. I had a low speed auto accident and after meeting with Attorney Ross she agreed I had a case. My case was not a straight forward case but Attorney Ross was in communication with me and kept me appraised of every detail. We were not sure if my case would go to trial, but once the decision was made to go to trial, I could not have had a better team of attorneys on my side. They were with me every step of the way. Everything was done to prepare my case for trial, from contacting and having me meet with the right experts, holding a focus group and even meeting and gaining insight from those around me that know me best, my family. They were nothing but professional, kind, courteous and caring and put me first and it showed. I was constantly kept in the loop throughout the entire process, Shelly made sure I was copied on and understood every detail . When it came time for court , Kristin and Christina went out of their way to make sure I understood fully what was before me, what all my choices were and that I had the right to make decisions.
