I was very concerned about needing representation and had never needed a lawyer's services - their team arranged a conference call with myself and my family so we could voice any concerns prior to signing any paperwork. They kept me updated at all stages of my case and were very easy to contact. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule so I would not need to step away from work for phone calls.
