Very unprofessional, confrontational and really the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any law office. I was rear ended in a car accident that has left me totally disabled for the rest of my life. I trusted Van Dorn Curtis and Rousseau to represent me. What I ended up getting was lies. I was told my case was worth millions. During the years that the case dragged out their lawyer expenses and fees kept climbing along with the money being paid to expert witnesses. Finally I asked a few questions for clarification and received a visit to my home from Robin Curtis himself telling me he was going to withdraw from representing me, 4.5 years into my case and mind you the first time I met him in person. But of course they claimed I fired them. I secured much better legal counsel and finally was able to put an end to this horrible nightmare but before it was really over Van Dorn placed a lien on my settlement and they were actually threatening my new lawyers with filing a motion if they didn’t receive their “expenses” close to sixty thousand dollars. I could go on for hours but just save yourself the horrible experience and find other counsel.
