I had a terrible time trying to sign up with this company!After completely filling out ALL of the paperwork sent to me, I was told that everything was complete and we were ready to go! A couple days later, they dreamt up a new hoop for me to jump through! I resolved the matter, and was told once again that we were 100% done with the process of paperwork, applications, etc. But wait, there’s more!!Yup, that’s right!They dreamed up yet another hoop for me to jump through!Despite having all of my banking information, account number, routing number, debit card number, etc. they insisted that I go to my bank and have them fill out even more paperwork!!That was the last straw!!I ended up having to tell Southeast to go and take a hike!!My impression was that the people at Southeast must think that I have nothing better to do than to hang around awaiting them to present me with more hoops to jump through!!I was willing to pay them more than some of the other quotes that I received from other companies, because I mistakenly thought that I was going to get superior customer service, boy was I wrong!!I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your payroll/WC needs!!

As the head underwriter at a national PEO MGA, I have worked with a lot of professional employer organizations and insurance companies. Each client that Axis Group places with SouthEast is a client that we can rest assured will receive professional service from specially certified and or licensed staff. Their client care department is hands-on and works proactively to ensure that the transition to a PEO is a long term, mutually beneficial and happy co-employment relationship. Keep up the great work!

Our company has been with Southeast Leasing for many years, as a larger company with 30 employees and a smaller company with just a few. We have always received great service. Our representative, Michael Tucker has saved the day more than once. He is always at our service!!! And a great guy to work with!

If there was a -0 rating, this would be our recent experience. They have something called a "restart program" for previous clients to come back and use their service. Count us among the many negatives for jumping thru hoop after hoop after hoop after hoop only to be told something else was required. If it takes us (a former client) from May---August to consider "restarting" our very well established business, we can only hope NEW INQUIRERS heed the advice of multiple negative experiences and avoid this PEO altogether. Not only will you save time, but protect your financial interests as well.

Mr Ben Clark walked me through the process of obtaining workman compensation insurance. While being a contractor for over 20yrs I had not worked in the state of Florida. He made the process easier by sharing great information and a lot of patience. Many thanks to him and his company!

First let me say that working with this company and getting things set for out payroll has been a straight forward. Also one of tne most simplified application process ever in the history of our firm doing business. After a CAT 5 Hurricane crash through our county We found our small construction firm growing at a rapid rate. So we looked at a lot of options and by luck we were referred to Ben Clark he walked us through the whole process and after issuing the start up payment he got us up and running the next day. Ben is a rockstar customer rep. I highly recommend speaking with him as soon as possible if you have a need for workers comp insurance is anyone would like to speak with you directly I'm more than willing to tell them the story of how we got everything taken speak

I cannot stress this enough, you need to avoid this company at all costs. They are absolutely God-awful. Mistakes were a regular issue with them and they will take 0% responsibility. Barbara from their payroll departments messed up one of our employees lives so badly they had to consider leaving the country. He was put on medical disability and despite our not telling them to, they registered him as having worked hours. It absolutely devastated the man and the people working as this company actually thought it was funny. They not only didn't help us, but even after they were notified that it was an error they continued to report it to the government. It takes these people a week solid to day absolutely anything. If you don't think that your employee's welfare is a joke, hire a company that's worth a damn. Hire someone other than these pieces of garbage.

Horrifying rude managers, specifically Raquel of the W-2 department. Took almost a month to get any contact to get W-2's fixed and when I finally reached her she said she e-mailed a week ago which she was lying and an e-mail magically appeared when I was on the phone with her, so she only just sent it. So hopefully the W-2's are now in the mail like she says. Only managers can do most things and they are impossible to reach. You'll be leaving endless voicemails with no return. I feel truly sorry for anyone whose employer uses this payroll company.
