If there was a -0 rating, this would be our recent experience. They have something called a "restart program" for previous clients to come back and use their service. Count us among the many negatives for jumping thru hoop after hoop after hoop after hoop only to be told something else was required. If it takes us (a former client) from May---August to consider "restarting" our very well established business, we can only hope NEW INQUIRERS heed the advice of multiple negative experiences and avoid this PEO altogether. Not only will you save time, but protect your financial interests as well.
