Horrifying rude managers, specifically Raquel of the W-2 department. Took almost a month to get any contact to get W-2's fixed and when I finally reached her she said she e-mailed a week ago which she was lying and an e-mail magically appeared when I was on the phone with her, so she only just sent it. So hopefully the W-2's are now in the mail like she says. Only managers can do most things and they are impossible to reach. You'll be leaving endless voicemails with no return. I feel truly sorry for anyone whose employer uses this payroll company.
