Feedback:

It's recommended you make an appointment, what's the point when they call walk ins first? You sign in on a kiosk, it shows on the tv screen who is a walk in and who has an appointment. My appointment was for 8 am, there were 3 walk ins called ahead of me AND left before I was called. I was finally called at 8:20. They also charged me for lab work covered by my insurance. I have been trying to get my money back for 27 days!

Feedback:

Fast, professional and friendly

Feedback:

Drove over a half hour here and was 10 minutes late, doors were locked and they wouldn’t even answer the phone, though this was still within office hours. Will never be returning here.

Feedback:

I arrived early and was seen almost immediately. The gentleman that drew my blood was excellent! I am usually a tough draw. Everyone was friendly and professional.I will use Quest for all of the tests I may need in the future.

Feedback:

The tech who drew my blood was rude, and seem like she hate her job. She didnt even give me a heads up when she poked me, and did it in a roughly matter. I would not Recommend coming to this place. And they were not busy. I was the only one there.

Feedback:

Excellent service. I was fortunate to have a very short wait. Skilled tech, no discomfort etc., I have small veins. Great job!

Feedback:

In and out of my appt very quickly. Monique was very nice and professional. Great experience.

Feedback:

I had to have a 3 hour glucose test done, so I was in the office for quite a while. Here are a few observations I made:1. They are a super busy place! It was a constant stream of people in and out. Even so, I didn’t see anyone wait longer than 15 minutes. I did hear someone mention that they had been there the day before and the place was packed, and as they take walk-ins, I’m sure they have days with long waits. 2. There is no secretary or intake person. Instead there is an iPad type device you sign in on and then when they call you they figure everything out and take care of what you need. I know for many, especially the older generations, this is a major faux paux. The reassurance of talking to a person is certainly missed. But this is a chain company. We get sent there because our insurance can get These tests done quickly and cheaply. I would rather check in on a little device and have all of their employees working with patients to keep wait times short, than have someone take my name and answer little questions here and there and more or less sit around waiting to be useful. 3. A lot of people can be very grumpy and rude. If I had a dollar for every time I heard “things just aren’t how they used to be” I’d be rich. Frankly, no one goes to these labs for a good time. We are all stressed, a little scared, maybe even embarrassed of what we have to go through. So that anxiety and frustration is often vented in the waiting room—which can be heard in the back—or taken out on the poor nurses. They take it in stride, but I felt for them. I think the conclusion I came to is, yeah, it’s a bit impersonal and more of a machine than a treatment center, but that’s what it is supposed to be. The nurses are working non-stop with a constant stream of new patients, trying to stay on top of all the critical information (insurance, which tests are needed, where to send the results, etc.), and do their jobs in a timely manner. Many of us go in and are out within the hour. We may not see the whole picture of what they are working with and why those procedures are so important. I, for one, am thankful they were still so kind and compassionate with me while dealing with everything else they had going on.

Feedback:

Absolutely horrendous service. Customer service is a joke, the automated line does not work properly even when you continously press the right buttons over and over. I had my urine test taken on a Wed, as of Monday not done, spoke to a rep and said it would take another 3 days for a simple urine test. I will never get any type of exam with this company.

Feedback:

The staff here was very friendly. I enjoyed interacting with them. I made a same day appointment and was seen just a few minutes after my appointment time, which was great. But I gave this site 2 stars because of two things. One, one of the woman who was working the front desk had what looked like her lab apparel on. She had her smock, hair cover and gloves on. Not sure if that's okay to do but my concern is with cleanliness and cross contamination. I've been in the food and beverage industry for 14 years as a chef with formal training and I know that once you're done with a task that requires you to wear gloves those gloves come off and you wash your hands. This is to prevent cross contamination. Second and the biggest reason i decided to leave a comment is because the bathroom was absolutely filthy. It looked and smelled like someone had vomited in and on the toilet and it was left to dry onto the bowl. There was NO toilet paper anywhere including in the cabinet under the sink. There was mildew and filth around the toilet and on the sink counter. I felt like i couldn't touch anything without risking my health. This is absolutely inexcusable for a medical facility. If the bathroom is like that I can't even imagine how the rest of the place looks. If I didn't absolutely need to be there i would have walked right out after seeing that bathroom. I'll NEVER go back there again.
