Never had an issue with the staff. If you set up an appointment, they meet that time and I am out in five minutes. The new "Check In" policy with the new I Pad is a bit slow since the tabs get stuck. Other than that, very accommodating.

Very clean facility, no wait for my appointment and lab draw was quick and painless. Mary was very thorough, yet personable.

The phlebotomist today was incredibly fast and I didn't even feel the needle. I requested some water beforehand, since I tend to feel dizzy after a draw, and she thoughtfully brought me some. She made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. Walk-in appointment. Waited no more than 15 mins - two other patients ahead of me. Only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the computers were down, so electronic scripts weren't being accepted and that may affect patients who do not have a paper script.

The door doesn't op;en easiily and I thought it was locked. The people inside ignored me while they wrapped presents. Finally they yeled at me to just pull harder (I'ma petite elderly lady)When I got in,they laughed at me as if I should have known and made snide comments about me for the rest of my appointment. I will drive by this office for my next blood work
