The door doesn't op;en easiily and I thought it was locked. The people inside ignored me while they wrapped presents. Finally they yeled at me to just pull harder (I'ma petite elderly lady)When I got in,they laughed at me as if I should have known and made snide comments about me for the rest of my appointment. I will drive by this office for my next blood work
