The phlebotomist today was incredibly fast and I didn't even feel the needle. I requested some water beforehand, since I tend to feel dizzy after a draw, and she thoughtfully brought me some. She made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. Walk-in appointment. Waited no more than 15 mins - two other patients ahead of me. Only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the computers were down, so electronic scripts weren't being accepted and that may affect patients who do not have a paper script.
