The system is very streamline which is nice but there is absolutely no access to a person until they call your name. I had an appointment this morning but their system went down and no one notified me that I should make other arrangements, these were fasting labs by the way. They are uncaring. They sent me to another location near by who had people waiting for over an hour. I waited for an associate to come out for another person just to talk to someone. I have another non fasting test this afternoon so I called to see if the system was back up, only options for talking were automation so I went to the chat center and cannot speak to a live person. The system answers your questions based on key words and the answers have nothing to do with your question!

So much for "A lab that respects your busy life" availability is terrible and they force you to use a useless pathetic chat bot to make appointments and such.

Best blood draw experience I've had. Dega was kind, professional, great at her job. Clean, quiet facility, appointment was on-time. I'll drive the extra mile again to come back.

Great experience at this location with a professional named Brenda. Best blood draw experience I have ever had. In my case, blood draws need to come from veins in my hand or wrist otherwise they bleed under the skin producing terrible hematomas and vein clots. Brenda stuck the vein perfectly and didn't even need to use a butterfly needle. Filled three tubes quickly, no bleeding, no problems, no damage to vein. Next day couldn't even see where the stick was. If you have difficulty with blood draws definitely go here and ask for Brenda.

I was in and out for a pre-employment drug screening in less than fifteen minutes. Staff was as friendly and informative with a professional demeanor. If you have a choice on what Quest to go to in this area, I would drive the extra mile for the experience that you'd normally dread.

I've been to a lot of great quest locations but this one the staff failed to acknowledge me, was extremely rude when another client had to direct her attention to me, and extremely unprofessional. Made a formal complaint.

Disappointed they refused to draw sample as directed by my Mayo Dr order and send prepaid address pack to Rochester, MN.Reasons given:1. We'd be giving business to a competitor.2. Their system does not have capacity to charge for the service.On a positive note, Shawnee Mission Hospital Outpatient Lab performed the service for no charge and sent the package same day. Their phlebotomist was professional, courteous and very helpful. This is the kind of Service one finds and not only returns to but recommends to Family and Friends.Thank you Shawnee Mission Hospital for making it easy to do business!Paul H.

Angelo was awesome! I brought my two-month-old in to get a CBC and I was so nervous. Angela let me know upfront that if she didn't feel comfortable doing the draw she would refer us to children's Mercy. After finding a vein in my sons arm She drew the blood with no problems. She's extremely competent. Will be going here from now on. God bless you and Angela!
