Disappointed they refused to draw sample as directed by my Mayo Dr order and send prepaid address pack to Rochester, MN.Reasons given:1. We'd be giving business to a competitor.2. Their system does not have capacity to charge for the service.On a positive note, Shawnee Mission Hospital Outpatient Lab performed the service for no charge and sent the package same day. Their phlebotomist was professional, courteous and very helpful. This is the kind of Service one finds and not only returns to but recommends to Family and Friends.Thank you Shawnee Mission Hospital for making it easy to do business!Paul H.
