Feedback:

I visited the Glenshaw office over 2 weeks ago, Aug 5 with two Physician orders. There was a substitute tech on duty. He drew the blood and I in turn filled out two requests to have the results mailed to me as well as sending to Drs. The tech, could not locate one of the Dr's addresses in the Quest data base and asked me to call, but instead. I went home and made a copy of the Dr's card and delivered it to him. a week later one report was sent me. I tried calling quest, to get the other and with multiple attempts and same result NO body picking up calls, I then visited the Quest office where the regular tech was now in and she filled out a second request, telling me I should get it in week, and the Physician already had it. After a week I still never got a copy, and after calling again with same result no one answers or returns calls, I have decided never to use Quest for any testing. Absolutely the most in efficient health care provider in existence and their phone and web site is a working example of how bad they are. Terrible customer service and no excuse for it.

I know what others say about waiting when the place is empty is sometimes true. But I'm a hard stick and I rarely have a problem here. And isn't that what you want in blood-work collection.

Very poor customer service. The girl working the early shift on 7/17/18 should consider a new job if she has no respect for the customer. I was made to feel like I was dipping into her personal time rather than treated like a real "customer". For example, after watching her struggle to get the insurance information updated in the computer, I thought it would be helpful to simply ask her to charge me for the visit and I would work on a refund from my insurance provider later since I had an early meeting at work that I couldn't miss. She actually looked at me and said "Well, we open at 6:30AM, so its not my problem if you are late" (I arrived at 7:05AM and waited for 15 minutes before I saw anyone at the counter in the office, and there were no other customers in the office. I took my paperwork back and walked out of the office! I used to think that reviews were fake entries from the company or their competitors, but look how much I typed here because I am actually that upset. Its a good location for me so I hope they change the employee..

Had the best experience! I had to go in for a 3 hour glucose test and the woman who took my blood (her name was either Lori or Dori) was AMAZING! I didn’t feel anything. She was wonderful and on time for every blood draw! If you have to get blood taken I would highly recommend requesting her!

Got there at 11 55 the woman was great opened early and was very very helpful, even held the main door for me and my walker, great place, great people, will be using this place again.
