On the morning I was supposed to go to the Quest facility in Sebastian (FL) to have some lab work done, I attempted to call to verify that the facility had received the lab order from my doctor's office. To my astonishment, I discovered that the only phone number available to call was that of a call center. When I phoned the call center I discovered that there was no record of an "electronic" order having been placed. I was also told that if the order had been faxed to them (instead of having been sent "electronically"), the call center would not be able to find that out. But the icing on the cake was that the call center could not even phone the facility directly to find out if the order had been placed.Unable to contact the facility directly, or to otherwise determine that an order for service had been received at that particular facility, I called my doctor's office. They told me the order had been faxed, but couldn't verify that it had been received at Quest. Moreover, they also had no way of contacting the facility directly to confirm or deny that it had been received. So, rather than drive all the way to facility to find out if I was going to be able to have the work done, I had my doctor's office place a new order at a Labcorp facility nearby.I won't be choosing Quest again in the future.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know her name but she was so rude and unprofessional towards me. When I told her she was being rude she said to me “honey you don’t even know what rude is” like whhhhhhat?! Literally never going back

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know the spot the insertion of the needle should go and they listen to me and find it everytime.

Unorganized and seem like almost every employee has an attitude. Told me to do 10 different things and kept getting sent back to the waiting room

This office is the worst laboratory in the county. The staff refuses to produce their medical licenses, even thought the law requires them to be prominently posted in a public area, refuse to give their full names, and are constantly negligent in the services they provide. A complaint was filed with the State of Florida, but like the personnel at Quest, the state regulatory people are also total incompetents, which is the norm in this state. If possible, and you are a snow bird, have all your work done at home. If not. find another laboratory. AVOID Quest at all costs!!!!.

I had a terrible experience at Quest. The first girl asked if I needed a butterfly needle and I said yes so she brought out another woman who was approximately my age 50+. She had a bad attitude and put the butterfly in and it hurt so bad. No blood was coming out and she was moving the needle around, not even looking and I asked her to please remove it due to the pain. She started yelling at me and I said take it out it's not working. She said she would see if someone else would do it and went back to running the front desk and ignoring me. I said please can you get someone to take my blood I need my cancer marker numbers. She said they only had 2 people who knew what they were doing and the other lady was leaving. I explained I was on chemo and not feeling well. She said she would have to do it, then continued to be rude to me...she was looking at another man patient who was in the room with me and rolling her eyes at him about me. I said I wanted to file a complaint due to my bruise and she said it wasn't a bruise it was just blood because I took the tape off but I explained to her that she didn't put any tape on to begin with because she said the needle never went in??? Well that's strange because it hurt so bad. Anyway after she was rolling her eyes and acting as if I was a problem I decided to just leave and never go back. She said her name was Jennifer but I wasn't sure if she was telling the truth.

Very unorganized. I wouldn't let these people draw blood from my dog. Will not go back..
