Impossible to get blood results 8 days later, doctor doesn’t have them either,should go back to Backus labs forget quest

So sick of quest and their rude employees. Norwich is no different. I waited for almost 30 mins when noone was there. The lady laughed at me when I asked if my doc would call with my results that night. No personality. Rude. It was so inconvenient for her too bc I forgot paperwork. Go look it up. Don't just stare at me like it will magically appear bc you're mad. Ugh

I needed a pre-employment drug screen for a job and walked in to this facility. The hours on the site and the hours on their door are completely different. You sign in on a pad and no one is there to greet you. There were two people in the waiting area that I spoke to that told me that if I didn't make an appointment they would send me away and to hit the button. A man came to the counter and was immeditely rude to me. He asked me if I understood time and kept pointing to the clock. He told me I could go to another site where they would still do drug testing at this time. I asked where they were located and he told me, "over by Stop and Shop." If not for the woman still in the waiting area I wouldn't have known where to go. They were much friendlier, go there instead! Apparently these people are just inconvenienced by their job.

I have been a Phlebotomist for 31 years. My blood was drawn at 3 different locations of Quest. All 3 locations have employees that need to go back to school and taught how to be more respectful to the patients. Twice I had a male Phlebotomist draw my blood, he did not double check if I had stopped bleeding under the gauze before taping me up. I walked outside to my car and the gauze was soaked in blood. I had to go back inside to have the gauze changed. I went to another location and the same thing happened. The Phlebotomist also had fingernails that were way to long and had tattoos showing, which were I work is not allowed. All 3 locations the staff where not friendly, did not acknowledge or even look up at me to at least be polite. In all of my years of experience, this behavior would not be tolerated or accepted. They all need to be more professional and perform their jobs more professionally. I was not at all impressed.

I needed to have a DOT drug test done here. Based on these reviews, I braced myself for a horrible experience. Not the case at all. The tech who helped me could not have been more friendly and professional. I was taken in within 30 seconds of my scheduled appointment. The whole experience could not have been better in any way.
