Feedback:

Absolutely horrific experiences here. Both times I got stuck with a staff named Mia. She keeps a line of patients waiting because she’s complaining about her personal life for all to hear. Then when she finally decides to take you, she is rude and has a very unwelcoming attitude.

Feedback:

The rating should be 1 but. The phlebotomist is excellent. However it seems the staff need more training. An urgent cardiac test was ordered STAT. The sample was discarded as it was not sent frozen. To make matters worse when the sample was not fit to be run the testing lab did not call to make this known.

Feedback:

The woman at the front desk is probably the most miserable individual around. The wait time is crazy. How many people do you have working here? This is not acceptable service. Shame on Quest.

Feedback:

On Monday April 30th, very nasty lady working. Very sarcastic angry to see patients. I suggested she retired. The worst I've seen since started going there 10 years ago .

Feedback:

Horrendous. Rude. Surly. Incompetent

Feedback:

I went to the New Rochelle location and was ignored for 15-20 minutes before being told that there internet service has been down all day and they wouldn’t be able to perform any tests. Now I’ve been calling for 2 days to find out when I can reschedule and they will not answer the phone. I got in touch once because the staff was trying to make a personal call and picked up accidentally as I was calling. She seemed to be angry that I interrupted her and gave me no information. I ain’t no Karen. I don’t write reviews. The fact that these people are keeping me from starting a new job, while keeping theirs is unacceptable. It seems like the entire staff in the New Rochelle location should be overhauled. I also hope that one lady with the attitude stubs her toe pretty badly. Michelle in patient advocacy(located in Pennsylvania) was very nice and helped me as best she could.

Feedback:

Hello,Since September 10, I have been trying several times to reach the receptionist or anyone who would answer the phone at Quest, located at 150 Lockwood Ave. in New Rochelle. Today it's Friday, October 4th. No one has ever picked up the phone, from early morning to 1 pm . Even if you click on "3" to set up an appointment which the initial voicemail message suggests doing, the voice on "3" is incomprehensible. ..and most of the message is unclear with lots of noise in background. You have to click on "6" to speak with someone but if no one one picks up, you cannot leave a message.Their voicemail picks up after several rings and states: "Call back at another time". Who manages this office? Is he/she aware of what's going on with the communication/operation system? The above 1 star is currently not deserved because we are not given a choice for "0".

Feedback:

I would give a rating of 0 if possible. When I walked into the building with my baby I had a creepy feeling. No one was around. The directory was not clear. I kept looking around but did not leave since it was the closest Quest Diagnostics. No one was at the reception desk when we arrived but I could hear the staff talking and laughing at the back. Finally, a lady who seemed to be the phlebotomist came out but she totally ignored us. There is no customer service at all. She didn’t even acknowledge our presence when I asked her a question politely. I could tell she was annoyed. I guess it was too hard for her to say hi or simply answer a question. I was not going to let someone miserable and with a nasty attitude touch my baby. We left and we went to another Quest Diagnostics where we were treated politely and with dignity.

Feedback:

The lack of human response on phone is a reflection of what this place is like. I have no other words.

Feedback:

Based on previous reviews, I came here expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it was my morning appointment (around 9am) or the fact that I'd made an appointment rather than walk in, but everything went smoothly. I showed up about 15 mins early, they took me within 5 minutes and I was out before my scheduled appointment time. Phlebotomist (who also was my receptionist) was friendly, efficient and painless. My only negative comment would be the parking, which at $3 for my few minutes there seemed a bit steep, as well as confusing, since the machines in the lobby that said you needed to buy a token to get out were broken, and apparently, inaccurate as they readily took cash at the gate.
