Feedback:

Despite giving staff three different forms of identification, staff mistook me for another person. It was not until after drawing my blood that they noticed their mistake. Now, I need to check to see if my insurance was not used on someone else.

Terrible place very slow got here at 8:30 the receptionist said the computer was not working come back at 9:00. I left came back 9:30 it's 11:09 and I am still in the dam lobby. Very slow place only two people. I would not recommend these place.

Very long wait for only person there. Took over 2 hours for a simple routine blood draw. One staff member trying to do everything. Messed up doctors paperwork causing a covered by insurance bill to be over $3,000 with the excuse of the doctors office not providing them the paperwork they needed. Doctors provided the paperwork twice now and they still haven’t fixed the bill to my insurance. 2 months have gone by. Get it together Quest and hire more People for each of your locations. One person cannot run your business effectively.

Took three zika virus tests. 1st test, I get a bill. 2nd test I got $159 taken out of my account. 3rd test I got a bill for $35. How does that work?! Especially when I have two insurances. Then, they took weeks to return my money..BTW I called to get my labs sent to the doctor cuz they had not been sent.. Oh yeah, they can't do that.. Great!!

Only one person there doing everything. Waited for over an hour for a simple blood work. Can't rate them any lower. They deserve a lowet score. Terrible services all around. You can't even ask them any questions cuz they are rude to the patients. Not a professional place.

This is the unfriendliest lab I’ve ever been to! I’m not sure they are incorporating technology as they are supposed to ... apparently they believe there are no questions... about anything ... ever (because everything is so clear all the time) ... thus no humans are required to answer those un existing questions ... it’s like arriving to a ghost town ... and my God, the pseudo-nurses wow... like, they call my name and then I try to ask something... and she shuts me... just giving instructions... and then she was about start ... but didn’t even know what was the lab exam I was going for .... honestly.... this is not the place to go if you want answers ... hope they: β€œall quest corporation” are treated in life... the way they treat people in their lab!!!
