Client Review on Quest Diagnostics McAllen PSC

Feedback:

This is the unfriendliest lab I’ve ever been to! I’m not sure they are incorporating technology as they are supposed to ... apparently they believe there are no questions... about anything ... ever (because everything is so clear all the time) ... thus no humans are required to answer those un existing questions ... it’s like arriving to a ghost town ... and my God, the pseudo-nurses wow... like, they call my name and then I try to ask something... and she shuts me... just giving instructions... and then she was about start ... but didn’t even know what was the lab exam I was going for .... honestly.... this is not the place to go if you want answers ... hope they: “all quest corporation” are treated in life... the way they treat people in their lab!!!
