Awful place. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. This was my second visit and it just keeps getting worse. I left and went to tallahassee where staff are friendly, kind and very gentle. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place!

I have been using Quest Diagnostics for over two years. They have been very friendly to me every time I have had an appointment with them! It has always been very hard to hit my veins, they are spot on every time, with no pain at all! I will continue using them each time I need blood drawn. The place is also very clean! Thanks to all the staff at Quest Diagnostics!!

Very rude. My daughter left in tears. The whole experience was awful. The lady helping my daughter was extremely rude. My daughter was taking a urine drug test for a job. She was only able to go a little. The tech dumped the test and said "no". Than after explained it wasn't enough. She came out and said she had to wait until she could go. We went out to tell her dad who was waiting that she had to wait. They than told her that she left the building and that is considered a refusal to test. Cost my daughter the job. This is after I talked to this lady who was extremely rude. I told her I had worked for someone in the regulatory department (audits the labs).... which is NOT a lie, I worked for them. She looked at me smarter off and said "no, you didn't". She also called my daughter to the door (within ear shot of another patient), when I daughter called me over she looked at my daughter and smartly said "how old are you?".... she had her sheet, she knew how old she was....at that point I was upset and told her that my daughter just gave you permission now speak to me. We left and I called the complaint department.

Just left this office after waiting 1 1/2 hours to have blood drawn. There were two people, the phlebotomists, working there. One left for lunch, leaving one staff person on site with a waiting room FULL of people, many of whom had been fasting all morning. This is completely unprofessional, as well as unsafe, in my opinion. The check-in is by computer, so there is not a person at the front desk. The door to the back is locked, so any one needing the rest room, or to ask a question, has to wait until someone comes out to grab the door before it locks. In the time I was waiting, I saw a man who had to wait until the staff person came out (to call the next person) to tell her (and everybody in the room) that he couldn’t register because he couldn’t read. Another woman, who just needed a copy made of her insurance and drivers license, waited 20+ min. for the lone staff person to come out. Come on, Quest- surely you can afford to adequately staff your offices!
