I've been going to this same Quest Diagnostics for the entirety of my time here in Lancaster. With how sick I've been, it's been pretty often. I've asked to have the same woman draw my blood every single time- her name is Juanita and she's amazing. Fantastic phlebotomist with incredible care towards patients. She's honestly the only reason I go to this place.I needed the test done today, and wasn't able to get an appointment, so I decided to be a walk in and wait. And WOW, did I wait. Quest normally closes at noon- but with 20 people in the waiting room, the two women working were forced to just close the door and keep working. They didn't get a lunch break. For the entire 45 minutes that the clinic was supposed to be closed, they continued to work.When I finally was taken back- a full TWO HOURS after I'd arrived, it was explained to me that that it was just Juanita and the girl she was training. Who the heck staffs ONLY two workers for a whole business day- let alone a trainer and their trainee?Extremely unprofessional, and borderline abusive environment for those working there!!!If this Quest lab keeps operating like this they'll not only lose all their clients, they'll also lose their best employees.

Today I was in to get blood work and the wait was pretty long. Come to realize Juanita was on training with a new staff member and it was getting too out of hand with the amount of patients walking in. When training you're suppose to be with the trainee from what I've always experienced and was taught so as to my opinion I think at least four employees should be working there vs two staff members. With it being a Friday I don't think it was fair to Juanita and Janessa to handle that amount of people on their own.Need more staff and everything will go much smoother for everyone..But overall both ladies did a great job and did all they could to keep the flow moving and remained calm as they possibly could.

After reading some negative reviews online, I was nervous to come ... but I had a really good experience here - I was treated with a lot of respect & care, got answers to every question I had, waited less than 5 min to be seen, & the staff took every effort to make sure they were properly processing some pretty unusual labs I needed. They see a high volume of patients here & they seemed to do a good job of getting to everyone in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible.... if your on a time schedule don't come here!!! On a saturday morning a busy day only had 2 staff memvers working. Wait when first checked in was 50 minutes ending up almost 2 hours later still waiting! Very disappointed should never have to wait that long.

As I nurse who works inpatient, it is so upsetting to see how far from being compassionate, professional and patient-centered care their staff members are. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would.

I've gone there a few times for blood work that was needed for my doctor n my health. The staff is very helpful n polite to me, plus they were comforting with my concerns.

Charisse was great! When my doctor sent my lab referral to the wrong place she was able to work it all out for me. Thank you Charisse!Update: It is 7/17 and I got my bloodwork done7/13. With the quest in thorndale I have my results no later than 2 days after blood was drawn. I am anxiously awaiting my results and my doc office has yet to receive them. Where are my results? I have a medical condition in which treatment is pending these results. Where did they go??

They dont great you or say anything, they ignore you the whole time. Dont ask a question on they will get really rude. They need to fire everybody here and shut this place down.
