Walked in here at 845 am on a monday. They called me within 5 seconds and was done within 15 minutes. Nobody was there. Ghost town. Very sweet staff. Strongly recommend if youre in the li/queens area.

I want to review Quest because I cant believe how bad and unprofessional they are! In their defense I have to say I have been getting blood tests at major NYC hospitals and years ago I did go to this Quest. They used to have a receptionist who did all of the appointments and so on and now the technicians are expected to do all of the blood work, reception, answer the doors and computer work.I would not go back its too stressful and unprofessional. They probably don't get paid that much and you get what you pay for! Shame on Quest for treating their staff like .... I needed to do a fasting blood test and there were a few tests so I went back here after many years. Well they said it would take 24-48 hours or one business day. First the results took 2 weeks. I signed up with the computer system which is city wide now. I kept e-mailing them and they finally sent the results but they had no reason as to why it took so long. But the worst part is they did the wrong tests! I called my insurance company pretty upset and they said they would pay for a second test at a different lab. Normally they don't you have to pay cash if you want 2 of the same tests. But it was not my choice so they paid for it. So I went to New York–Presbyterian Hospital and not only are their hours more convenient they were professional from start to finish! But as for Quest I will give them 2 stars because the girl who drew my blood was good she didn't hurt me or poke me a bunch of times which has happened in the past! But I will NEVER go back!

Trying gto call just to get a Fax number, so many prompts spent 10 mins with so many prompts still could not get anyone only yall automated prompts with no Fax number infor. I am never trying this lab again.

Place is packed with a line to the door. That means there's not enough staff to get the job done. You should be ashamed of this kind of service.I guess I either won't get my labs drawn or I'll pay an urgent care to do it. If you have this volume of business then you can afford more phlebotomists. Absolutely disgraceful 😠Update. I left this review 2 months ago and unlike most businesses no one at Quest felt the need to reply to the feedback. This should tell everyone considering using this place all you need to know

I went there May 20th at about 5:40 to drop off a culture and to have a blood test. Immediately I was told that the culture, which was of more importance, was not there. I know I saw my doctor fill it out i her office less than 15 minutes before. It’s time sensitive, which I let the technician know. She was pushing to have me get the blood test done, as it takes 10 minutes. They close at 6pm, so her entire focus was getting done by 6pm. I told her I needed to check my car for the culture prescription. She emphasized I would not then have time for the blood test. Also, their check-in screens only allow for 1 test (drop off, blood test) so I checked in for both and she scolded me for doing both. I went to my car, got a prescription that I hoped was the correct one. When I went back in she would barely turn the pages of my paperwork to help me. It was still incorrect, according to her. She didn’t offer to look again in the computer. Under no conditions was I going to have this uncooperative, in a hurry to get out of there woman take my blood. BTW, amy doctor checked on her end this morning, and she indeed she sent the culture prescription to the correct lab yesterday. There are many people who are qualified technicians and who like helping people, that this behavior is unacceptable. I came in needing 2 tests and left with getting neither done. This is not a good look for Quest. I’ve been to several Quest that are well run whose behavior exhibit the opposite of the professionalism shown here. I hope Quest addresses this technician.

Nice facility, friendly staff, clean bathroom. I downgraded it to 4 stars because it was 80 F inside, super warm. That was on April 8th afternoon. Not cool. Literally.
