first of all, they need more than one worker! the worker who was here was incredibly rude, but i see why because she’s the only one in the back working! if you can avoid this location at all cost, do so! i waited two hours!!!! unbelievable.

The wait was about an hour. I was a walk in, so I expected that. There was only one person working the counter and doing everyone’s testing or procedures etc. which I feel isn’t fair. That’s a lot for one person. However she was super friendly and professional. The only reason I’m rating 2 stars is because the security guard kept walking in the back as she was talking to me about why I was there and he came back as she was drawing my blood. As she had the needle in my arm, he comes in looking to see what she’s doing and when she tells him, he doesn’t need to be in there, he said he was looking for a pen. That could’ve waited until I was done. I’m sure that’s against hipaa privacy rule. If he is the security guard, he needs to stay positioned out front. Coming in the room, while a patient is getting work done is extremely inappropriate!

The younger clerk (which I won't include her name) was very unproffessional and very rude her whole demeanor was just unpleasant from her rolling her eyes to the way she talked and slam papers down it was just disgusting and uncomfortable and Quest diagnostics should look into who they hire to represent their company !!

I have gone to this location many times for blood work and glucose tests for my pregnancy. The lady’s name that works there is Chandra. It’s never fun getting stuck with needles but she makes it as pleasant as possible. She is so friendly and I enjoy going to see her.

The technician there 40 ish Black lady is phenomenal. Her taking my blood is clean, fast and practically painless.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I went for a drug screening and although it was quick the lady with very rude and unpleasant and gave a vide that she did not want to be there. There was only one person working the whole place.

i went for a drug screen that was requested by my new employer. i get to the building and there is no one at the counter. i hear some talking behind the wall, i cannot see whose there. i'm having problems checking in so i request some help after a few minutes. i ask out loud if i can get some assistance. i was told "okay can you wait a minute? i'm the only person here". disgusting service. only ONE lady working and she was very nasty. i ask her questions on how to check in, she replies in a very stand offish way. she doesn't understand how to treat customers, she shouldn't work there. she tells me to take a seat after i check in, so i did. finally i get called up. she guided me through the drug screen procedure, she was not receptive to any questions or concerns during this process.AND THIS IS THE PART THAT REALLY MADE ME MAD:towards the end of the drug screen i had some questions. i simply wanted to know what substances they test for to become familiar with the exam. all of a sudden she berates me and gives no useful information. she said that they test for "everything". what the **** is everything? very unhelpful, didn't give any specific answer. she then continues to berate me by asking me "is there something specific you're asking about? like did you take something and you are trying to find out if it's okay?". seriously? this is unacceptable behavior and this lady should be fired immediately. no i didn't take any substances, instead of being a judgmental and assuming piece of scum on this earth, how about you learn how to properly do your job and facilitate a good experience. i don't know who this person's name is but they were a middle aged african american female about 5'3" wears her hair in braids of some sort. this is the first time i've ever written a google maps review, that should be very telling on how horrible this service was

I went to this location for the first time today, and the phlebotomist was extremely rude..i guess she was mad because Dr asked for so many different tests..at least that's the impression I got. She huffed,and puffed the whole time..no personality AT ALL.. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am a phlebotomist ....therefore I know how to act professionally when drawing someone 's blood, and she definitely WAS NOT. ..she was horrendous...

Called to speak to a office personal, and instead was dropped to a vacation survey, than to a travel agent. Could you get any less professional????. After calliing back, I inquired about the travel BS, and was hung up on. Ignorant staff, and obviously desperate to generate income from an outside source. Just a baf operation.
