Feedback:

Stopped going here and now go to another location out of the way. The 1 woman there is terrible. Unfriendly staff, long waits.

Feedback:

Customer service is not a concern at this location. Hopefully other locations are better. They are incredibly inefficient, and borderline rude a good bit of the time. The impression I always get from one employee in particular is that the mere presence of customers is an imposition for her. That the visit always ends with a needle stick somehow appropriately adds injury to the insult. They do get the lab results to the doctor, thus the two stars instead of just one.

Feedback:

Absolutely awful. Only one phlebotomist on staff. Wait times are horrendous. Only come here if you have hours of your day to waste in a cold waiting room. Would never elect to use this lab if insurance company did not mandate it.

Feedback:

I saw all the bad reviews and did not think anything of it. I figured I was a pretty patient person so I could handle it. After waiting an hour I was finally called up. The technician made a comment about how I looked so different from my license photo because my glasses were on and my hair was up. She also said, referring to my license photo and my current look, “makeup goes a long way I guess”. Then the computers were down. The waiting room filled up as I waited another 30 minutes for the computers to still not work. May I add that there was only one employee there. So not only did I have to make some calls and quickly find another lab before work, I wasted an hour and a half of my time and was insulted in the process. Thank goodness for the Quest office in Warrington that had me in and out in just 10 minutes. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Feedback:

Really poor service. I was a walk in at 7am. There were 3 people ahead of me and the projected wait was 21 minutes. I waited for 1.5 hours to get into see someone to have my blood drawn. There was no staff in the waiting area although I could hear them from time to time talking loudly about non-work related things. We were completely ignored. Finally it was my turn. When I went back to see the technician she asked me for my health insurance. I handed over my Blue Cross/Blue shield card and she said that they don't take that insurance. I truly thought she was joking and continued to hold my card out while I smiled. She truly was not joking. I politely exclaimed, "you mean to tell me I just spent an hour and a half waiting for nothing? "Yep." So I turned around, went to my doc, got the script rewritten for LabCorp. My wait there? Less than 5 min. Someone greeted me right away. They were total Pros. The moral of the story is DO NOT GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS~

Feedback:

Over the past 20 years, my insurance rotated between Quest Diagnosis and LabCorp as the required test company. I used Questfor a couple of years then LabCorp and back to Quest again. My biggest complaints about Quest is how difficult it is to get an appointment and waiting time. If you have weeks in advance to schedule an appointment, you can get an early enough appointment for tests that require fasting. However, if you try to schedule an appointment in under 2 weeks, the earliest you can expect an appointment is 11:00. They close at 3:30 so you won't be able to schedule anything after work with or without an appointment. But the biggest frustration is that you have to wait from 45 minutes on a good day and up to 90 minutes on normal days if you have to walk in without an appointment. When I was able to use the other company, I never had to wait. There was not a single time that I needed to wait longer than 5 minutes. I wish Aetna used LabCorp. It would save me a great deal of time.

Feedback:

There Are TWO people working there. One at the desk. One to draw the blood. Never going there again.

Feedback:

The service here is just atrocious. I get it, you’re expected to wait at a doctors office, and I’m a patient man, but after two separate trips to this office, and a total of 3+ hours waiting time I’ve had enough. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place requires a heads up: there is no receptionist, and no one to tell yout how long you may have to wait. Any time you do see a staff member they are taking there time to do a simple task and do not address you at all. I feel completely disrespected upon entering this building. Do not come here.

Feedback:

Went on Saturday, line at 8am but they got through it quickly. Staff was very nice, not robotic like many medical facilities. In an out once it was my turn. Clean waiting rooms and facility.

Feedback:

What a mess...Quest corporate should be ashamed of how they treat their staff and customers. Severely understaffed office causes hour plus wait times. Stay away!
