Premierehire is a great agency to work for. The team there is incredible and pair you to positions that meet your experience. I was looking for a job closer to home. I was commuting an hour a day from Vista to Orange County and after having my son I really wanted to be closer to home. I was contacted by Carlotta about a position at VaporBeast in Carlsbad. Carlotta is such a kind-hearted individual and provided me with an opportunity that did not only fit my commuting request, but also my career aspirations. She made sure that what I was looking for matched with the companies needs. She spoke highly of my accomplishments with the company and after my interview with VaporBeast I was offered the temp position. After 4 months as a temp, I was hired on with a promotion to a supervisor position and a generous pay raise. I truly thank the team at Premierehire for the opportunity and would recommend anyone to find employment through their services.

I had applied for a recruiter role within this staffing agency. I was quickly scheduled for an in person interview with Callie. Upon arriving, the location looked great and the front desk women was kind and welcoming. When I met Callie she seemed nice and like it would be a pleasant and professional interview but unfortunately I was wrong. She should really take a few classes in how to appropriately interview a candidate, her tactics come across as an interrogation not an interview. She is also extremely rude, so much that at one point when asking what methods I used to recruit in my past employment she literally questioned my methods and proceeded to say that such methods might work in Mexico but not in the US. I really struggled to remain professional with such a rude women but I learned in life to never let those that are not worthy get the best of me. Just because you dont know how to use all of your resources or have not been successful in recruiting through a certain avenue does not mean someone else cant. The job of an interviewer is to get a feel for the person's background in order to decide if they closely match the qualifications they are looking for in such role. This does not entail questioning and interrogating the individual. Allot of recruiters today seem to think they have the upper hand and that gives them the right to be rude and that is a completely wrong thinking. Us job candidates are also looking at all factors including first impressions in order to make the best choice. Dont forget that you need job candidates in order to supply your clients needs or else you dont get paid. Long story short, this women left a very bad impression of this staffing company and I urge the owner to invest in training for her.Disclaimer: I am not hired and was never hired by this staffing company. This is just a review of my experience with them as a candidate seeking employment.

Definitely the best interviewing and placement experience I've had. I recently saw a job posting of theirs and thought it was a great opportunity. I was a little skeptical at first that it was through a staffing agency but after meeting with Gaby that quickly went away. She made me feel like they were on my team just as much as the company they were recruiting for . The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional. Gaby helped get me the interview which ultimately lead to my hiring at the company.
