I was commuting an hour a day from Vista to Orange County and after having my son I really wanted to be closer to home. I was contacted by Carlotta about a position at VaporBeast in Carlsbad. Carlotta is such a kind-hearted individual and provided me with an opportunity that did not only fit my commuting request, but also my career aspirations. She made sure that what I was looking for matched with the companies needs. She spoke highly of my accomplishments with the company and after my interview with VaporBeast I was offered the temp position. After 4 months as a temp, I was hired on with a promotion to a supervisor position and a generous pay raise.
