Called to get a proposal for a pool enclosure. Matt came out and measured and quoted. When looking at others they had too many questions or problems with one corner of the pool deck. MAtt was confident and said the production mgr would come out for a final measurement when the permit was ready. He did and what he designed for that funny corner is absolutely perfect! The install crew was fast and very efficient. Everyone had a job to do and were finished in 1/2 a day. Cleaned up the patio and yard. I'm really happy we went with Pioneer , and I recommend them if you need any type of screen.

Poor customer service , honesty is questionable.Did a great job ,however there were issues with my final bill.A mistake on their end that they were not willing to compromise on.I believe you Mr Richard Boehme as Matt did the same to me. I asked for pet screening along the bottom of both extensions I added to my pool lanai and the re screen on my existing lanai. Same scenario , told me its not a problem and never wrote it down. When I mentioned it to Rick Miller his words were its not on the contract and Matt never mentioned it.OK, I let that go since I had already waited 2 and half months for install.But i'll give you one better, when Matt returned with the proposal wanting a deposit I was told that I get a discount on the re screening because I'm doing all the work at once. Also never written on the contract. To top it all off when they finish the install, they tell me there was a mathematical mistake made on the contract to the tune of 1000.00. (This should have been brought to my attention before the install) So on top of paying the extra 1000.00 ,I never got the discount promised, instead I was charged for the full price of the re screen. I don't care how long you've been in business Mr Newman, bad business practice and poor customer service will eventually catch up to you.Word of mouth goes a long way.A bit of advice to anyone dealing with Pioneer ,get everything on paper and check the math before you sign anything.

My enclosure is 3 years old and had multiple water leak issues that were taken care of. Now i have a major rust problem due to defective materials. I am sorry i did business with them. BEWARE!

Absolutely love the huge insulated roof that Mike the Owner of Pioneer talked me into when designing the extension on my patio and the enclosure itself is just Amazing and huge as well!! I explained to him that I love to entertain around my pool because it is such a beautiful area and he assured me he would only add to making the space more beautiful and protected from all the rain, bugs, dirt and raccoons that also liked to entertain themselves in my pool! They were on schedule with the installation and I couldn’t be happier!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with pioneer. I had my patio extended and a pool enclosure installed and they exceeded my expectations. All the workers were pleaseant to speak with and answered all my questions along the way. The owner was amazing and made sure I was happy through the whole experience. I would recommend them to everyone who needs screen work big or small!

Pioneer Screen did an excellent job right up to fixing a small oversight on both our parts. Then they failed as hard as possible and the manager (owner?) lost his professionalism.I had asked for pet screening on the bottom portion of the screen wall next to the brick pavers. It was left out of the contract and was not installed. No problem yet. I called and asked that this be corrected. I was told it was not in the contract. Upon, careful examination I agreed. I asked what the additional cost would have been. $132.00. I suggested I pay the difference and they install anytime at their convienence. Their manager very reluctantly agreed. 2 hours later he called and reneged on this agreement. He want a full install with labor charge of $250.00. Then he said he talked with his saleman and his preinstall measurement person and I had never mentioned pet screening. I responded that I had emphasized pet screening with the salesman. The manager called me a liar. I said we were finished doing business and I paid my outstanding bill.Addendum, just received this email"Thank you for the review I've been in business for 29 years, if you think your negative review is going to hurt me in any way you are sadly mistaken Richard Frederick. You did not tell Matt Reed or Rick Miller both who met you on site that you wanted pet screen once much less a dozen times... That was my breaking point when you lied at that point I was done with you.Regards Mike Newman "

I have called several times to request an estimate, left messages and no one has bothered call back. They build 3 enclosures for me, I can't understand why they would not want to work with me again. Oh well, their loss, moving on.
