Pioneer Screen did an excellent job right up to fixing a small oversight on both our parts. Then they failed as hard as possible and the manager (owner?) lost his professionalism.I had asked for pet screening on the bottom portion of the screen wall next to the brick pavers. It was left out of the contract and was not installed. No problem yet. I called and asked that this be corrected. I was told it was not in the contract. Upon, careful examination I agreed. I asked what the additional cost would have been. $132.00. I suggested I pay the difference and they install anytime at their convienence. Their manager very reluctantly agreed. 2 hours later he called and reneged on this agreement. He want a full install with labor charge of $250.00. Then he said he talked with his saleman and his preinstall measurement person and I had never mentioned pet screening. I responded that I had emphasized pet screening with the salesman. The manager called me a liar. I said we were finished doing business and I paid my outstanding bill.Addendum, just received this email"Thank you for the review I've been in business for 29 years, if you think your negative review is going to hurt me in any way you are sadly mistaken Richard Frederick. You did not tell Matt Reed or Rick Miller both who met you on site that you wanted pet screen once much less a dozen times... That was my breaking point when you lied at that point I was done with you.Regards Mike Newman "
