Poor customer service , honesty is questionable.Did a great job ,however there were issues with my final bill.A mistake on their end that they were not willing to compromise on.I believe you Mr Richard Boehme as Matt did the same to me. I asked for pet screening along the bottom of both extensions I added to my pool lanai and the re screen on my existing lanai. Same scenario , told me its not a problem and never wrote it down. When I mentioned it to Rick Miller his words were its not on the contract and Matt never mentioned it.OK, I let that go since I had already waited 2 and half months for install.But i'll give you one better, when Matt returned with the proposal wanting a deposit I was told that I get a discount on the re screening because I'm doing all the work at once. Also never written on the contract. To top it all off when they finish the install, they tell me there was a mathematical mistake made on the contract to the tune of 1000.00. (This should have been brought to my attention before the install) So on top of paying the extra 1000.00 ,I never got the discount promised, instead I was charged for the full price of the re screen. I don't care how long you've been in business Mr Newman, bad business practice and poor customer service will eventually catch up to you.Word of mouth goes a long way.A bit of advice to anyone dealing with Pioneer ,get everything on paper and check the math before you sign anything.
