Feedback:

We are now working on a connected system -- calls are connected automatically to customer profiles and with the screen pop feature our operators are able to get up to speed on the customer case really fast. It’s a good platform to make service improvements and save loads on phone and CRM costs too. Hugely beneficial for a customer service-focused business.

Feedback:

We tried a number of VoIP providers before moving to Nextiva but it’s fortunate that we got there before the COVID crisis escalated. Change is now the new normal and we have to be able to respond without hesitation. The features we now use are quite different to what we used before and the structure of our organization is shifting really fast to accommodate changing needs. Nextiva’s system enables us to react well and quickly. We are very happy with the service and I would recommend it to others.

The best thing about our company's move to VoIP is the amazing support we received from the Nextiva team. They went above and beyond to support our business through the transition to working from home and they did so without additional cost to us. I was so impressed with every touch point we had with them. I can’t speak highly enough of the Nextiva service.

Inconsistent phone service. WAY overpriced. Online user interface is unnecessarily comlicated and messy. While customer service help over the phone is generally prompt, the assistance given never seems to resolve the original issue. Additionally, Nextiva seems to be passively refusing to release our telephone number; we have been attempting for nearly 7 months to port elsewhere, but are consistently told the number cannot be ported due to open work orders, but Nextiva denies any open orders exist and has been unable (and at times, seemingly unwilling) to do anything else useful to help us resolve this issue. BEWARE: Their contract does not allow termination without exorbitant fees.

Our business relies on Nextiva for VoIP and we use the chat service internally a lot too. As the Covid-19 situation evolved over the last few weeks we have been using even more of the Nextiva features to ensure we are adapting and responding to our customers' needs as best we can. I would highly recommend checking out this platform and considering making the move. They have a great service and made the go-live process pretty easy too.

Warning! Nextivia automatically extended our 2-year contract for an additional 2-years without prior notice or getting our ok. More than 2 years later and we don't need all the phone lines. However, they are claiming we're locked into for a full 4-years now and have no choice but to pay for all the lines for nearly another 2-years. This is unethical and likely illegal practice.

The sales results with Nextiva are compelling. It’s amazing what happens when you give the team the right tools so they can be more effective in their day to day work. Our ability as a business to connect and communicate with our clients has definitely improved. Our responsiveness, feedback loops via surveys and service automation make the entire customer experience better without the added workload.

Last year we discovered there were a number of issues with our CRM program. We spent months looking for a solution and stumbled upon Nextiva. We love the system and were able to launch quickly and start getting on the right path with our data team and customer service process. The team who are in the system everyday are benefiting a lot and have had shared a number of success stories of customer interactions that were only possible due to the unique nature of the Nextiva system. It’s really unique and the technology is cutting edge. The price point for the system is also really great and makes it accessible for businesses of all sizes. I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking into CRM solutions.
