Avoid. We are a 75 phone telemarketing company and we bought their system. It worked for about 3 months, then suddenly we cant complete calls, calls drop and and the other party cant hear you, and if you try to dial numbers to dial an extension it works sporadically. These issues have been unresolved for 3 months. We are a call center company and unfortunately this was the wrong choice. Why did it work great for a while? Seems they oversold the amount of business their network can support or perhaps it's cheaper for them to let a call fail versus allow it to connect? I don't know, but something is terribly wrong with this solution. Features met all of our needs, but that is no good if you can't complete a call. Hundreds of examples.
