Feedback:

My son was born here, and we couldn’t have had a better team of professionals, from the doctors and nurses to the lactation consultant. My wife and I were very far from our families, so we really appreciated all the help from the amazing staff. Even the food was great.

Feedback:

They seriously need a new phone system, I can't get ahold of anyone! Waited nearly an hour on hold before giving up. We've PCS'd, so I can't just walk in to get information, and I feel helpless because NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. So frustrating.

Feedback:

Came in for a viral infection that turned bacterial, was told to take sudafed and aspirin. Told them I needed this cleared up ASAP because of briefings and my throat being destroyed from coughing. I was informed that the only prescription that they would give me is penicillin, DESPITE me telling them I was allergic. This hospital and family health is absolutely horrible.

Feedback:

First, I called to make an appointment with my PCM because I’m having issues with my vision with one of my eyes, and I have other stuff going on. The lady on the phone told me to go to the ER first since my eye was giving me blurry vision. I went to the ER like they said, and waited for almost 2 hours in a room where no one came to check in (besides vitals). I asked twice how much longer it will be but all they said is “We only have one doctor.”I know I wasn’t the only patient, however, no one had the decency to let me know it was going to be a long wait. I was sitting in a room for two hours making up scenarios as to why they wouldn’t come see me. “Oh they might be short staffed,” but no, all the other rooms around me had traffic going in and out for the past two hours but no one could come to check in?Service couldn’t had been worst!

Feedback:

Terrible service majority of the time. I’ve had two good doctors during my entire pregnancy. They give you little to no information on anything. And when I call to schedule or reschedule appointments on the main line and click the option it says specifically for appointments.... they say they can’t help me and transfer me to women’s health... they have never once answered my call nor got back to me if I left a message as they requested. So for a simple question I’d have to drive all the way up to the hospital and then wait in line... just to get an answer to a question that could have taken 2 minutes over the phone. I have not even had my baby yet (36 weeks) and I am kind of afraid to give birth at this hospital... because the multiple encounters my husband and I have had at the emergency room alone were absolutely horrible... I had to wait 2 hours in the emergency room, while in horrible amounts of pain, for the doctor that was qualified to run the tests to get there because it was her day off! Ridiculous!!! Also my husband was very very sick and went in and they told him he was faking and to take Tylenol. He had pneumonia!! And they literally blew him off and out the door. Overall.... I’d say the service is terrible from what I’ve seen and I don’t recommend wasting your time with this hospital. But to each their own... maybe It was just the day I went and the people I’ve encountered. There are a few good doctors I have come across as I said.... one that was extremely helpful and was actually annoyed at what little knowledge I had about my pregnancy and everything else because of her coworkers lack of communication. She told me about centering classes which I joined 2 months late because I wasn’t informed about them. 👍 And reading the other reviews..... I’d say I’m not alone.

Feedback:

One of the worst hospitals ive been to. The doctor came in once and 20 mins in he sent a nurse with discharge papers .... the doctors are the worst .. with out telling me what was wrong or anything

Feedback:

I wish I could give no stars at all. In my high school years I went to the doctor due to not even being able to stand up to wash dishes. 1st time I was told I had a UTI. 2nd time I was dehydrated. I suffered for years. Every time I stood up I would feel as if I blacked out. My vision would go out. I fell pregnant and had my daughter February 2016. One month later I had a tumor bleed into my abdomen and found out I had stage 4 stomach cancer. Never did any of the doctors I saw do blood work at least. A UTI? Dehydration? Seriously? No doctor. It was stomach cancer. I should have sued.

Feedback:

Misdiagnosed my 11 month old Granddaughter after taking her to the ER twice!
