Was a little concerned looking at some reviews prior to ordering a part from them but went for it as my Livestrong bike is 6 years old and very few places have parts at all! Only two and the other company had even significantly worse reviews! I think people are far more likely to come complain if they have an issue than to leave a review if all was good and that significantly skews the overall impression here, so I feel compelled to. The part I ordered came well packaged, came quickly and I’ve just installed it to be sure it was the correct part. All went great and couldn’t have expected more.

My treadmill was squeaking. I called Johnson Health Tech for support and spoke with Kayla. She said the elastomers would fix the issue, and if I didn't need them, I could "always return them." The treadmill technicians came on Wed July 17, 2019, and said I didn't need them, just some lubrication and some other routine maintenance.I called Johnson Health Tech to coordinate the return that same day, but they claimed that I was outside of their 30-day return window. Kayla never mentioned this before I gave her my credit card number to complete the order over the phone. She said: "you could always return them." Then the Rep lied and said the return policy was in an email and on the packaging. I never received an email from Johnson Health Tech just the charge on my credit card. He then said it's referenced on the shipping box, and it is not. I've taken photos as proof. He also lied and said I received the package on June the 6th which is not true. The 6th of June is the date I placed the order. The package arrived 1 to 3 weeks later, and I may still be within their 30-day window!!!Had to send the package back myself and initiate a chargeback with my credit card company... What a waste of time.

Phone system seems atiquated, choppy, breaking up, on hold forever. Never got to speak with customer service about my experience of buying fake treadmill lubricant i.e. foreign knockoff sold on ebay under Horizon Fitness label.

Summary: nice product, misleading shipping & delivery info, HORRIBLE customer service.Dec 21: Placed my order. No indication of any backlog.Jan 7: called and they said it was on back order. Funny they did not mention this when taking the money.Jan 14: Paid $1,500 three weeks ago. Zero communication from them. Called them a week ago and they said they would contact me this week. Well the week is up and no contact. Now whenever I call their computer system hangs up on me.Jan 18: Had a friend call for me. They were told that I’d hear from shipper by Jan 25th.Jan 25th, late afternoon: heard the order will arrive on the 28th. Keep in mjnd that their website claims they will coordinate the day & time of delivery with you. I was given zero choice and was told they could NOT even say what time of day the order would arrive.Jan 28th 5pm: order finally arrived. 360 pound box that can only be left outside steps into the house. Just FYI for anyone with steps. Do NOT believe the info on Johnson/Horizon website that claims they will move your delivery to the room of your choice.

Needs better customer service (or even any). Not only was the treadmill I wanted not in stock they had no information on when it would be and an utter lack of enthusiasm for customer service, especially prompt delivery and setup ($169 is very pricey -- twice what Amazon charges). Why pay Johnson's prices with such poor service? They did NOTHING to make me want to spend a penny with them and acted a bit like we're doing you a favor by being here.
