I have worked for i4 Group for 9 months. Seriously professional, helpful, kind and all positives adjectives I could put in a Umbrella Company. Absolutely no regrets to work for them and I recommend to any Veterinary Surgeon that needs an Umbrella Company

Awful company. They make zero attempt to prioritise their clients and couldn't care if you are only getting an average of 60% of your gross earning as net earnings as long as they get their fees. You will spend significant time querying their deductions and incorrectly applied tax codes.If you have a complaint about them losing you hundreds of pounds you are met with hostility and get rude unprofessional responses.

These people have lied to HMRC about my earnings and are very unprofessional. I will also add that they are now sending me threatening texts threatening to sue over this comment. It's a shame I can back up what I'm saying isn't?

Atrocious service. Started off OK, payments were made efficiently and most of my emails got a reply. However, about 3 months in I believe a new member of staff took over my contract and since then the communication has been dismal. I cannot get a hold of anyone through email or phone, I had to resort to messaging their business page on Facebook to enquire why my wages hadn't been paid despite my locum practice paying them. I am still waiting on wages which were paid to them 2 months ago..! And no reply whatsoever through any communication channel. Avoid avoid avoid.

Can't get them on the phone after 4pm at all even though they say they are open till 5pm. They say there administration fees are capped or maximum £28.00 yet i got charged £69.00 for 1 weeks work. I feel they don't give you the best returns. They are so quick to remove tax in the higher band even though you haven't earnt that amount yet. There answer to this is,,,, it's a predicted amount of earnings. I feel so let down by them. They state they have great deals for people using them. But if you look at the offers. Anyone can get those deals from the Internet free if your willing to search. My recommendation is don't use them.
