Atrocious service. Started off OK, payments were made efficiently and most of my emails got a reply. However, about 3 months in I believe a new member of staff took over my contract and since then the communication has been dismal. I cannot get a hold of anyone through email or phone, I had to resort to messaging their business page on Facebook to enquire why my wages hadn't been paid despite my locum practice paying them. I am still waiting on wages which were paid to them 2 months ago..! And no reply whatsoever through any communication channel. Avoid avoid avoid.
