Awful company. They make zero attempt to prioritise their clients and couldn't care if you are only getting an average of 60% of your gross earning as net earnings as long as they get their fees. You will spend significant time querying their deductions and incorrectly applied tax codes.If you have a complaint about them losing you hundreds of pounds you are met with hostility and get rude unprofessional responses.
