I cannot praise the carers who look after my father in law enough.They are so kind and respectful to him and the family.My in laws are both quite elderly and in poor health. They both look forward to seeing the carers every day,they love them chatting to them and being interested in their lives.Also my husband and I have peace of mind.

Horrible place with horrible staff, treated my family with disgust and did not seem to be bothered when we complained. If you or a family member are in need of care in the Kings Lynn area save yourself the effort and please go somewhere else.

Home Instead Kings Lynn standard of care towards my Father was amazing. Dad has dementia but they treated him with kindness, respect and compassion. Their promise of companionship was delivered over and above expectations.

as a caregiver for this company I appreciate the fact, that we have a minimum of an hour with each client I don't feel rushed , and I get to know the client, so I can help them remain independent in their own home ,and doing little extras for them are appreciated , I like working at home instead because I feel like I am an important team member and am valued .

I continue to be impressed by the professionalism of the CareGivers who visit my Mum (and their colleagues back in the office!). They are importantly friendly, patient, understanding of specific/personal needs and proactive. Thank you guys – much appreciated!

This company started out ok then we started to have problems, some of them quite serious. In the time we were with them we have had urine bottles left in the bedroom after emptying a catheter. We had FULL bed pans left under the bed, Careline pendant not left with the patient and the mot serious, the key left in the outside of the front door and the key safe still coded leaving the house un-secure. When we complained about all this things started to be more difficult. They then wanted to change the times we had had for more than 4 months and when we said we didn't want to and couldn't do it we were told by two members of their staff we had no choice and if we didn't change we would get 7 days notice and they would leave us. This was from the manager and scheduler. Not at all professional. This is the most expensive care company in town at £22 an hour, their service in our opinion in not worth that. The attitude of the manager certainly leaves a lot to be desired. However she does come over very nice when you first meet her but don't complain or her true nature will out. Needless to say We have now changed our carers, and we are much happier. Make up your own mind but beware.

I highly recommend this company. My mother has benefited from their care for over a year now. I live outside the country and am thankful for their fabulous carers who take such good care of my mother. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is in such capable hands. Tracey in the office is terrific also; always willing to go above and beyond.

I cannot recommend Home Instead West Norfolk enough! Tom and Laura I have known for a while now and they are so incredibly passionate about what they do. After all thats what care is about and you won't find two people more passionate about what good care looks like than here! They offer so much support also to local providers and thats what makes them different. They want the same outcome and are not corporate. They really have a family feel and this shines a mile in all they do! I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Home Instead as a Care Provider. I know first hand how much they care about their customers and they are professional yet go above and beyond always!

My elderly mum has dementia which was diagnosed after the loss of her partner 18 months ago. Mum otherwise is physically healthy but it became clear that she needs help with everyday activities and companionship as she is very lonely at times. Myself and my brothers live a long way and dementia means it is not possible to move her closer as change makes her more confused and anxious. I am keen for her to stay in own home for as long as she can, being able to see some friends at clubs she goes to.I contacted Tom and he came round,carried out an assessment and a programme for carers to support mum was set up. That was 1 year ago.Mum has a small group of carers who have been gradually introduced, providing companionship and helping mum with shopping, making sure she is eating, helping her with light houseworkand taking her to all health appointments.I have had regular reviews with senior staff to review the care provided. I feel able to contact the team and they let me know of any concerns.I have spoken to the carers on the phone at the time of their visit if I need help with something .They are all friendly and very caringThere is a comprehensive care folder with a care log of the care provided. I ask Mum to read out what has been written over the phone so we can talk about her day as she often cannot remember. Administration has been easy to set up .Mum and I both get a schedule for the carers who will be coming the week before.For me the service they provide reassures me that mum is cared for but still able to live independently in her own home.
