Wow! My husband and I were beyond impressed with our client in take meeting! Everyone in this this office is so nice and very informative. We have had sooo many issues trying to find a trust worthy and responsive cpa and bookkeeper. They have meet all our needs at an incredible timely manner. We’re happy to say we have found our new accounting family! Thank you everyone for being so amazing!

Cooper Glenn saved me a fortune. He keeps up the tax laws and always made time to answer questions. I recommend him to all my friends.

Called to ask a question, was immediately asked, "who is this, are you a client?" I told Cooper, "I am about to be." Then he said "can we set up an appointment." I said "yes." Then I asked, "does the next day work." Then he said, "We aren't accepting any more people this year." I already have my taxes done this year and have my refund already. I was just looking for someone to help me for the next year. Plus had a question that I needed answered because it regards and affects my taxes for next year. Do not use Cooper Glenn, he is rude and not very helpful and humble with his job.To response you gave bellow, he did not suggest any of that to me or give me those options. Thank goodness there are other CPA's.

My wife and called to see if they were accepting new clients. We both knew we would not make the tax deadline this year. The woman who answered the phone I assume was the secretary was completely rude."Are you serious, the day before the tax deadline.... are you kidding me? If you call any accountant today they are going to shocked you are calling them," she said. I told her it wasn't necessary to be rude. Well, I called another company THE BEAN COUNTERS Bookkeeping and talked to Kay. She was very nice and professional and she even offered and filed an extension for us over the phone. So Debra, at Cooper CPA needs to be corrected. All accountants will not be rude the day before the deadline. Just her office.

He goes above the call of duty for all of his clients and has a great sense of humor, which is a huge asset when it comes to that dreadful time of year... TAX TIME!
